add scripts for handle bas.h5 files (older version) and SMRT-Link data format (newer version) #10

right now _basemodsspark doesn't support the older version of H5 data of PacBio, i.e., the version where bas.h5 rather than bax.h5 is used to save the information of reads.

need to write some scripts and a pipeline to handle this.

Also, implement the new pipeline for BAM format data in SMRT-Link.
