[TASK] Display Logout and Profile Links When Logged In

Description Logout and Profile should replace Login and Signup in the top right menu when the user is logged in. Clicking Logout should logout. Profile link will go to the Profile page after that page is implemented

Details

• [ ] Make Login and Signup disappear on login
• [ ] Make Profile and Logout appear on login
• [ ] Reverse this on logout.
• [ ] Logout Link should log user out
• [ ] Profile Link should take user to Profile page
