[TASK] list of rooms the user is in #419

Description A clear list of rooms the user belongs to. Instead of "Groups", we should have "Rooms" and the rooms to which the user is a member.

Details

[x] The chat_ui view needs to be modified to render a tuple of rooms the user is a member of.
[x] back-end code needs to be modified to send a tuple of rooms the user is a member of for the rooms section.

Additional context be sure to send a tuple of rooms, not list.
