Fix low-res transformer rail part image #2

The transformer rail part low-res image needed to be 1 pixel wider and 2 pixels taller, otherwise Factorio would throw an error. Afaik, this would only appear on low-res mode. I added transparent pixels to the right and bottom in GIMP.
