Allows for a calendar to be created for each community and allow for folks to add to it. It will add to and read from the calendar or event feature of any platform which supports it

Calendar events require community or moderator approval to be accepted if coming from discord. If not, it is not propagated

Need to have event filters per interface (String Search) before propogation

ie: Subject ContainsText "Texas"
