Proposed Changes

adds a new block which is an extendable input which can contain inputs.

Reason for Changes

So that we can implement many more blocks

Test Coverage

copy pasting the code into the console, and then load an extension which adds the block into the toolbox as an input, so im pretty sure it works, though i dont know how the import/export system work here.
