There is a advanced setting with 60FPS.

60 FPS is usually an advanced setting, this PR is proposing to add a shortcut to enabling it (like the one in SA) (we dont have the SA version)

do they mean start on 60 fps? Is it really that bad to just go in the advanced settings?

coming back to this, i still dont think its a good idea. for this to work projects would have to always implement delta-time for users who wanted to run at a framerate the game wasnt designed for. and if they dont do that then the user will just not be able to use most things.
