can this be applied to other filaments? #1

hi,

I could not easily find your email so I thought to contact you here. I am wondering how challenging it would be to convert this script such that it could be used for actin subtraction rather than microtubule lattice?

Hi Jesse,

In principle only changing the mask should be able to work on actins. But It also depends on the decorating protein periodicities.

If you are interested, we can have a zoom chat. Or can you send me one or two images so that I can try to do some test and upload relevant masks.
