Why is mAP so low for baseline TinyYOLO? #80

Hi there,

Interesting paper but why is your baseline mAP for TinyYOLO so low at 9.1% for 608x608 images? I am getting at least 22% mAP on TinyYOLO which is similar to your SlimYOLOv3 results. Are you sure the results were validated correctly?

Sorry, I don't mean to critique but I am just wondering if I am missing something.
