Updated 1.4.0 to 1.6.0 and now it doesn't work #16

The error indicator in the bottom left doesn't light up, but no instruments are displayed, including after clicking refresh.

The paths are still filled out if I click the gear.

Is there some cache I should have deleted when upgrading? ( Windows 10, 64 bit )

Follow up test: I also tried 1.5.0 and get the same issue there. 1.4.0 appears to be the last version that works on my machine.
