datalad-osf vs git-annex-remote-osf #21

I was having an issue with missing images, similar to #19 It looks like git-annex-remote-osf has been replaced by datalad-osf. I just deleted the AtlasPack folder, installed datalad-osf with pip install datalad-osf, re-cloned the repo and now it works great. I was planning on adding amygdala and hippocampus to the Schaefer 200 atlas but this does the trick for me. Nice work on this!

@mattcieslak I just noticed this issue. We should update the documentation.
