`mris_preproc` not in fmriprep container (at least, in `v23.2.0a3`) #10

So, ${singularity_cmd} recon-all -s ${subject_id} -qcache fails. This was with fmriprep_23.2.0a3.img (I did not try earlier versions)

In case it's helpful, I have been using this with a freesurfer bids container https://github.com/bids-apps/freesurfer rather than an fmriprep container. Either should work with the extant code (I believe), but the former would presumably not run into issues like this.
