Is there any interest to integrate free water DTI, implemented in DIPY as a recon pipeline?

Hi Ariel, do you know more about free water estimation in DTI with qsiprep? Or a good package to estimate free water?

The model is already implemented in DIPY, so it would be a "simple matter" of programming to integrate it into QSIPrep. For the time being, it can be run separately. See example here: https://dipy.org/documentation/1.5.0/examples_built/reconst_fwdti/#example-reconst-fwdti
