Anatomical normalization only option? #672

Similar to #494. I already have eddy corrected data. Is there an option to only perform normalization to T1 space?

is the data in a layout like hcp or ukb? If so you may be able to run just the reconstruction workflows.

It isnt but I can reorganise it so that it is like that. Could you please point me to the documentation I would need to look at to see how to organise my data?
