anat output orientation and dim in html report are incorrect #836

Summary

The Output orientation and dimensions shown under Anatomical Conformation in the html report are incorrect and instead appear to show the input anat orientation and dimensions.

This report is supposed to show the info for the inputs. Would it be more useful to know the info for the outputs?

That makes sense. It's just confusing because it says "Output orientation", "Output dimensions" and "Output voxel size".
