Rename confounds file to `desc-confounds_timeseries` #874

Closes none. Brings the output filename convention in line with fMRIPrep.

Changes proposed in this pull request

Rename _confounds.tsv to _desc-confounds_timeseries.tsv.
Remove unused confounds input in init_dwi_derivatives_wf.
