Hello,

I heard about qsiprep form a colleague, and was planning on running it for a few datasets for which we just obtained data usage agreements (ABCD, PNC, and HBN). However, I just noticed from your codebase and paper that you have already gone through all the work of doing that! Is it possible to share the qsiprep outputs for those datasets?

Hi Gustavo,

We only ran a handful of subjects from ABCD and HBN because of the small number of other-pipeline-processed outputs available for us to compare against. We are releasing the entire HBN dataset preprocessed and qc-scored in the near future (@richford) and our group will be releasing the entire PNC dwi data preprocessed with QSIPrep too. I would definitely recommend waiting for those releases since they have all the data and a more recent version of qsiprep than was used in the paper

Thanks for the update. Do you have a timeline for when the processed HBN and PNC will be released? Just so we can start planning on our end.

Also, do you know if any other group is running qsiprep on ABCD? Maybe I should focus our group efforts there for now.
