Thanks for all of your work on xcpEngine it's really been helpful for helping us get data ready for functional connectivity analyses. As I've been working on creating a finalized design file, I've noticed that there are several things that are in the design file that are not in the docs, making their interpretation a bit unclear. A few I've noticed:
In the fcon module, there is no explanation for what fcon_window or fcon_pad do. I assume it has to do with the window size for a dynamic FC analysis, but I'm not completely sure.
In the regress module, there is a DMT step in regress_process but it's not clear what this step does since it's not documented.
Likewise, the regress_dmdt and regress_1ddt items aren't documented.
