I've run xcpEngine before and would now like to generate new subject by ROI maps for ReHo and ALFF as well as connectivity matrices using a different atlas that isn't included. This atlas is a previously developed re-parcellated version of the Desikan Killiany atlas (308 equally sized ROIs that are 500 mm2 each). I've been running xcpEngine as a singularity container on one of the NIH HPCs so am not sure if I can test the addition that I made. I had followed the steps outlined here to add the atlas and the other necessary files using the specified naming conventions.
