Pajek NET file not created #463

Describe the bug .net file under fcon module fails to be created.

Cohort file Paste cohort file between the triple backticks

id0,img
sub-NDARAT581NDH,sub-NDARAT581NDH/func/sub-NDARAT581NDH_task-rest_run-1_space-MNI152NLin2009cAsym_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz...,...,...

Design File Unaltered fcon_acompcor.dsn file.

Error message

Runtime Information Singularity (3.6.3) running XCP (1.2.4, latest)

Additional context It looks like something is supposed to be passed into the -t argument, is there anyway I can define this manually? Or, how can I use the connectivity vector to make an adjacency matrix?

@smeisler we have suppressed pajek output. The *.net file is the same as to connectivity matrices
