What is the criteria (e.g., qc variable) by which parcels are removed from fcon output (
prefix_missing.txt)? Where can one find the scripts that implement the criteria? Can the criteria be modified?We looked through this previous issue and we are still unsure about the specific fmriprep output that xcp is basing this decision on.
