Yeo parcellation not appearing in fcon and roiquant output directories #467

I've been noticing that although xcpEngine runs to completion, the Yeo atlas parcellation isn't provided in the "fcon" and "roiquant" output directories. I've tried using both the "fc-24p_gsr.dsn" and "fc-36p_spkreg.dsn" templates, with no luck. I see that the Yeo parcellation was added in #243. Is there some reason why this is occurring?

Understood, thanks. Is there a timeline for when the Yeo atlas will be included?
