xcpEngine fails at regress module and template question #483

Hi,

I am running xcpEngine on some patient (stroke) data. The stroke data completed successfully through FMRIPREP and I am using that as input to get the functional connectivity. I am using the fc_36p+despike design.

The xcpEngine runs through the first three modules and throws an error in the regress module.

Also, I wanted to use the OASIS template with the age range of 40-80 for my stroke sample. Could you inform me how I can specify that in the design file?
