Am I missing something or the nii file under atlas for HarvardOxford is flipped L-R?
For example, Thalamus_R (index 99) value should be 2010 but in the nii file is 2049 (Thalamus_L).
I have used the nii file as mask/template and seems like the downstream results are also flipped.
