they should not have anything source-specific like "omop" in their names

originally concerned about literal names... but maybe the problem is more with named graphs? This is probably a good time to switch to the named graph placeholders provided by the properties file.

Should Synthea/OMOP be left in the ontologies:TURBO_0010354 specifications?

'Recipes' probably shouldn't include the name of specific vocabularies either, like "diagnosis mentions SNOMED'
