Clinical data types "missing" from Synthea and/or OMOP 5.3? #48

Open turbomam opened 4 years ago

Some data types, found in some EHRs and related systems, that might be hard to model in OMOP 5.3. In other words, OMOP 5.3 doesn't have tables for these. There may be better support for genomics in 6.0.

PS What OMOP schema is Iquvia going to use for the UPHS migration?

On the other hand, OMOP has provider and specimen tables, but they are not populated by Synthea.

@greenguy33 will merge biobank encounter directives and sample collection/loss of function directives from his PDS/PMBB work with the Synthea/OMOP inspired directives.
