For a5282d24f4b44b337260bab9fde3fa038b7aacbd commit generated reports for release. These included turbo-edit.owl-obo-report.tsv with errors due to:

deprecated_property_reference
missing labels
missing ontology description
missing ontology license. Deprecated property references can be removed. Missing labels are added with imports. Should move a comment describing ontology to dc:description. Should add license to dc:license.

removed usage of deprecated data property has_literal_value, removed all subproperty associations of deprecated data properties
changed a comment to dc:description
added http://purl.org/dc/terms/license http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
