Updated the ODK version and ran make test. Ran into 2 problems.
Time out with MONDO. default owl file is too big. Can fix with: mirror_from: https://github.com/monarch-initiative/mondo/releases/download/v2022-12-01/mondo-minimal.owl
Unsatisfiable classes: 6 OMRSE and OBIB classes are now a problem because of a change in OMRSE. Need to fix in OBIB as per https://github.com/biobanking/biobanking/issues/89
