This is only a minor improvement, but important for me (because I am offline sometimes.. ))
Rather then loading xterm.js from https://unpkg.com/xterm@5.1.0/lib/xterm.js it should be hosted localy.
) I am on an island in the Philippines, Internet is only available "sometimes" :)
