What is the expected behaviour of the card?

What is the actual behaviour of the card?

Causes MTGO to replay all actions of game and then start a new game with both players at full clock

I know cascade lets you decline the cast, would that stop the rewind? Also does it do it when you hardcast it for X=0

No, I could not click anything, never got to choose an x or anything, I think it started when I clicked to cast Toxic Deluge
