Terrarion can be sacrificed as part of the cost of the spell, but if the spell is undone before casting, terrarion will no longer provide a card when it goes to the graveyard. #1027

When Terrarion goes to the graveyard, its controller draws a card. If done as part of casting a spell, which is then cancelled before being cast by its controller the sacrificing of terrarion can be undone as a mana ability. Sacrificing Terrarion afterwards will draw its controller a card.

The ability for terrarion appears ready to go onto the stack during the paying for costs, but disappears again when the action is undone. The Terrarion that comes back will no longer trigger when sacrificed later in the game, even after multiple turns.
