With Momir Vig, Arcbound Wanderer enters with a counter despite no mana spent on Sunburst. #1068

What is the expected behaviour of the card? Momir Vig should create a 0/0 creature.

What is the actual behaviour of the card? Arcbound Wanderer arrives with a +1/+1 counter.
