Council's judgement doesn't display votes, rather it only displays the name of the permanant voted for. #1087

An indication of which permanant has been voted for.

There is no indication which card has been voted for beyond name, leaving ambiguity if more than one valid permanent has that name.

PATCH NOTES – June 18, 2024 Council’s Judgment will correctly differentiate between identical permanents during voting.
