Paying for ripples of undeath while wheel of sun and moon is in play locks the game. #1117

fffffffffffffffffff If you try to pay for it, Ripples stalls at the choose a card portion and can't be undone. I'm assuming Ripples shouldn't let you pay to begin with, but I'm not smart
