I think it means there's issue with casting cards like Ever After, Seasons Past, and Sanguine Sacrament when you cast them by flashbacking them. They are probably wrongly put on the bottom of the library still when they should be exiled. I did find it pretty confusing though when I first read it XD.

I'm not sure why we were getting Seasons Past here with a "smart opening quote" in the name before the second S but I corrected it in the first comment because it was confusing the rest of our code. I'm not sure if there are any ramifications for next time bug blog update runs or anything like that.

The only thing that the bug blog tracker cares about is the Code: \w+ line. As long as that's in tact, the rest of it can be edited as much as you want.

Okay, so I did some testing and found out that when flashbacking one of these spells, the given spell ends up in both the exile zone and the bottom of library at the same time until it changes zones from either spot. I could process it from exile and when I'd draw it from the library it would disappear from exile

Notice the # of cards in deck change. Also, when trying to process the card with an eldrazi I returned it to the yard and then failed to draw it from library but didn't deck out this. this was the log.
