You say it's just if you have 2 cards in hand, did you check it when you have more than that? I'm guessing it's bugged no matter how many cards are in your hand but let's be sure.

Also, is the card random or do you choose it?

It doesn't seem like he's going to follow up with this so some help is needed on this one.
