Wild-field Scarecrow cannot activate its ability #634

What is the expected behaviour of the card? Should be able to pay 2 colorless and sacrifice to search for two basic lands as an instant.

What is the actual behaviour of the card? MTGO treats the scarecrow as if it had no abilities. The player cannot activate the ability at all.
