Ashiok's Erasure and Ixalan's Binding don't prevent the opponent from casting copies of the spells they've exiled.

What is the expected behaviour of the card?

• Both should stop the opponent from casting spells with the same name as the card they have exiled.

What is the actual behaviour of the card?

• Opponents can still cast spells with the same name as the card that is exiled.
