What is the expected behaviour of the card?

Glimpse of tomorrow should reveal cards from the top of your library, then put permanents into play and nonpermanents on the bottom of your library.

What is the actual behaviour of the card?

Glimpse of tomorrow puts permanents into play and nonpermanents on the bottom of your library without revealing cards
