Updated sphinx theme #80

Description of the Change: Update sphinx theme to the xanadu sphinx theme. Also update branding to the new official logo of pennylane.

Benefits: Have a common branding across pennylane plugins.

Possible Drawbacks: Old logo (especially favicon) may still now up on user browsers until cache is refreshed.
