Add log benchmark plot #39

Hi!

I was going through some old notebooks and I saw that I ended up changing the benchmark plot to a log plot for my report. I think this plot tells a clearer story, so feel free to use this log plot if you like it as well.

@josh146 it uses the same benchmark data as in the current plot, which I took quite a while ago, I want to say 2019? So they're probably a bit outdated to be fair.
