Pj/chore/ci pipline investigation #73

This is a side branch built on top of Sidra's CI pipeline branch. It is purely for experimenting with the CI pipeline without interfering with Sidra's code.

It does currently contain working code for running backend Jest tests and a separate actions file for running the Postman tests.

This branch and PR are done for me. There are two working CI pipelines and I am handing this over to Sidra to continue with.

@pablisch I'm thinking maybe it's worth merging this with main as it looks ready for me.

Then I will layer on the linter file in a separate PR and can test a few PRs going through the CI?

@siqbal181 , 🤪 I assumed that something needed to be done to bring it to life. Some magic powder or something, but if you think it is ready let's go... and see what happens!

@siqbal181 , no need to wait. If approved, just merge it straight in.
