feat: Get User Location #85

Using the expo location package to grab the users location.

NB Some functionality sketchy on Android emulator but this seems to be a known wider issue. If anyone has an actual Android device. Please test this functionality. Latest: Android emulator does now get user location but we may need to work on permissions depending on results of real device testing.

[x] If the user gives location, the location is stored as state
[x] If the user refuses to provide location, the location is hard-coded as a default to: 51.5074,-0.1278
[x] Follow the rough design below, depending on the system functionality discovered in research phase.
