doc: add best practices #88

Hello Ju. Not sure what has happened here. I can see some underscores have become hypens and some hyphens have become asterisks, I assume for consistency, but the best practices md has no content that I can see.

There are also two project documentation folders, one with underscore and another with a hyphen.

Hi, to follow the best practice of not using hyphens, I updated them for dashes (including the images mentioned with hyphens to dashes). I committed the most recent changes and the best practice file is there now. Thanks for flagging that!

For anyone looking at this PR, I have discussed some changes with Ju and these and quite a bit more are awaiting Ju's feedback. You may look at these yourself on pj/doc/best-practices-update.
