On Thorium #6

Strictly speaking, native Th (read: "Thorium Ore") does not exist. The major source of Th is a complex process involving extraction from monazite sand (Ce, La, Pr, Nd, Th, Y,..., Sm, Gd,...)PO₄, which is also the major source of rare earths (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) and yttrium (₃₉Y) and a significant source of uranium. Additionally, I'm not sure what exactly what we're going to do with Th, especially seeing as U is the more popular nuclear source. At the very least we should also include U.

So... LFTR reactors? Also, do we want to assign this to Aleph 1? I figure it'll take longer than that to get nuclear power working.

For Aleph 1? I think we should push it at least to Beth. I figure that the Aleph 1 objectives are better as they are. Also, are we going to change the ore or not?
