i18n #7

Like, we need l10n support. The problem being that we want to put the l10n data in a file rather than hardcoding it, but the only files we can access are those in conf/, which cannot be packaged with the mod.

TL;DR: We need to look at another mod to see how they did it. I'm tentatively assigning this to Aleph One... I'd like to get the system in place at least; I'm not expecting a full translation set.

Sure. Put it on Beth.

We should have translations for Pirate, German, and Spanish.

And Latin. I can do... frankly, all four of those. And I could try my hand at Quenya.

Figured it out. It's just a matter of stupid coding. I'll have the lang system in place soon.
