Update to use xyz fingerprint.json URL as a datasource for improved detection

• Changed fingerprints.json data source to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EdOverflow/can-i-take-over-xyz/master/fingerprints.json
• Ensured the fingerprint property values are treated as regex patterns.
