ZZN binaries #102

Updated binaries, works for both windows-latest and ubuntu-latest on GitHub Actions, also works for Codespaces.

@joe-pierce You might have to merge the LF1 pull request first so I can use the updated formatting and inclusion of 3.12. Also will need to change the required checks to pass before merging to main.
