Suggestion: 1.19.3 release and regional difficulty fix for server. #9

Asking for this because it turns out regional difficulty may be busted on servers: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-230732

I'm uncertain if this mod already fixes it due to lack of documentation. A 1.19.3 release would also be welcome since it is currently the second-last official version release and some mods may not yet be ready for 1.19.4 version yet.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. Iirc the problem in MC-230732 is that the server doesn't send the chunk inhabitation data to the client, this mod doesn't fix that as I haven't interacted with the networking code at all, but it's something that I will likely try to fix in the future. I won't be doing a port to 1.19.3 as most mods for 1.19.3 will work on 1.19.4 and almost all of the ones that are not updating to 1.19.4 are on 1.19.2. If you want you can port the mod yourself as the license allows you to do that.
