marks device base classes in Essentials.Core as obsolete and moved them to Essentials.Devices.Common
removed Rooms
removed Cisco
removed Zoom Room
added a method to resolve PepperDash_Core, PepperDash_Essentials_Core, Essentials Devices Common
fix for parsing versions

I'd add something to the Obsolete statements that says that the classes will be removed in version 2.1 or something like that. Not that we need to actually keep to that, since there's no set schedule of releases...but it'll help motivate people to update plugins as necessary when they move to using 2.0.0 as a dependency.
